A bed of champ smothered in sauteed onions and mushrooms,
topped with medallions of trimmed sirloin steak cooked to your liking
surrounded with a hot peppered sauce.

Provencal
Large prawns sauteed in butter and flambeed in brandy,
cooked in a light garlic sauce and served on a bed of rice.
Chicken
A-La-King
Two chicken breast fillets poached in chicken stock
with onions, mushrooms and peppers completed with cream and served on
a bed of rice.
